  After waiting 2 weeks for a return call to make an appointment 3 weeks later. Show up and they do not have my appointment. Then tell me they no longer are taking insurance and would cost $195 for apt. Front desk very unknowledgeable. Unfortunate as doctor came highly recommended.

  Very friendly office staff in general. I have always had a great experience at the office/ and with Dr Rankin. Dr Rankin is very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and consistent in the care she has provided me with over the past 2 and a half years. I recommend her services to anyone that is looking for a proactive DR.

  The service has gone down since her move to Stuart. It's very difficult to schedule an appointment or speak to anyone. Answering machines only or you have to use the Internet. Most times when they call you back it's after hours or at odd hours or they will text message you . You can't even speak to a nurse anymore. They make it very convenient. There is no sense of urgency or personal service with their care.
